The Sweet Assembly Cake Cart by Jenny’s Cake Creations is a unique, interactive dessert station offering a choose-your-own cake experience, perfect for events of any size in New Orleans and the surrounding area.

Our elegantly designed cart serves as both a beautiful and functional dessert display. Guests are individually served by our on-site Sweet Assembler, selecting their preferred cake flavor, buttercream, toppings, and drizzle to build a personalized treat.

Whether you're planning a corporate event, wedding (intimate or grand), baby shower, birthday celebration, or any other special occasion, the Sweet Assembly Cake Cart will bring a custom, crowd-pleasing touch to your gathering.

How does it work?

    Guests pick from your pre-selected cake flavors—Classic, Specialty, or Seasonal. Each event is custom curated with a flavor lineup to match the celebration.

    Decadent buttercream tops every cake tin. Guests choose from your pre-selected buttercream options with help from your Sweet Assembler. Classic Cream Cheese Buttercream, Decadent Peanut Butter Buttercream, Light Coconut Buttercream…and more.

  • Delivery included for most venues in Greater New Orleans. Travel & set up fees may apply based on event location & logistics

  • Delivery to most venues in the Greater New Orleans area is included. An additional travel/logistical fee will be calculated for events on the North Shore, West Bank, and French Quarter. Delivery to a venue with logisitical challenges such as stairs or uneven surfaces may incur an additional fee and will be quoted with your cake cart.

  • We are currently the only cake cart in New Orleans! Book early to ensure we are available. Three-week lead time required for custom signage.

  • Yes! Our delicious gluten-free vanilla and chocolate cake are excellent choices, sure to please your GF guests. Allergen-friendly options available when selecting from our full list of cake, buttercream, topping, and drizzle flavors.

  • Our team will work with you to determine the amount of dessert tins you need based on group size, service style, and other desserts you may be serving. Groups over 100 guests may add additional servings, priced per person.

  • Yes! If the cake cart is not available for your event, you can purchase pre-assembled tins for display on your dessert bar.

  • Absolutely! You’ll receive a Build Your Bar form after booking to customize your event’s flavor lineup. Premium add-ons like macarons or cookies are also available.

  • Yes! Add custom signage for weddings, brand launches, or corporate events. It's a great way to make your setup more personal and photo-ready.
