What the Class Looks Like
Night 1 — Buttercream Foundations
Fill and ice your 3-layer cake with dedicated time spent achieving a truly smooth finish. We'll also dive into the buttercream itself — what we use, why, and how to work with it. Your iced cake stays safely stored at the studio overnight, ready for Night 2.
Night 2 — Advanced Lambeth Decorating
Return to your cake and decorate. Using six piping tips and guided swag markers, you'll pipe two full rows of Lambeth detail, elegant side swags, and finishing touches that make your cake genuinely impressive. Leave with a finished cake you're proud of.
Important Notes
One ticket covers both nights — attendance at both sessions is required
Your cake will be stored safely at Sweet Assembly Studio overnight
Ages 18+ only
Some prior piping experience is helpful but not required

All class tickets are non-refundable
Written notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to class
With proper notice, tickets may be transferred to another guest or applied as credit toward a future class — valid for three (3) months
Cancellations, no-shows, or requests within 48 hours are not eligible for transfer or credit
Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the ticket
Minimum Enrollment Policy
A minimum of 7 participants is required
If not met, guests will be notified 48 hours prior with the option to transfer to another date or receive a full refund
