Two-layer 6-inch round cake
White chocolate vanilla bean cake
Swiss Meringue buttercream filling
Cake will be filled and outer iced in white before class with light blue buttercream for piping decoration

Students will practice several classic piping techniques including:
• Layered Lambeth piping
• Shell and ruffle borders
• Draped piping details
• Ribbon placement
• Pearl placement and finishing touches
No prior cake decorating experience is required.

Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the ticket.
